The location was fantastic and made it
Easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and tidy, but the air conditioning could be a bit noisy at times. It was a solid experience with great service.

A good dining experience
The Friday night dinner was pretty good with a wide selection of delicious dishes. The attentive staff ensured our family had a wonderful dining experience together.
The room lacked modern amenities, such as sufficient USB ports, making it inconvenient for charging devices.

Room was spacious, newly renovated, in quiet location to the rear. Very nice, we could relax. Service very good! Breakfast buffet very rich and delicious! Staff very friendly and courteous. The location is perfect to reach many important and interesting points. 10 minutes to the old town. POOL on the roof. Garage.

It was a smart choice for a city trip in Jerusalem with good value. The customer service was really good. They quickly provided superglue for my sunglasses when I needed it. Make sure to enjoy the rooftop pool during your stay.

breakfast
A four star hotel should have tea making facilities in the room.To charge $5 (and not have the kettle work!) is a nonsence and is unnecessarily inhospitable! (not to mention greedy)

Location and very nice hotel to stay in!! Not intimidating touch of luxcury. Very obliging staff. Very good facilities. Relaxing atmosphere But bar prices in a question mark: we have been charged nearly200 shekels for 2 j@t and no receipt! Which forced us to go else where in other others evenings.
No complains

pleasant stay with great breakfast but self-service coffee
The breakfast offered a good selection, especially the typical Israeli offerings that were plentiful and satisfying. Staff were polite, frequently going out of their way to help us. The room had a fantastic view of the city, made our mornings special!
Self-service for coffee and juice was a bit inconvenient, especially after a long day.
